Recently, I had some health problems and I’m struggling with health since pretty much forever, so I decided it’s time to take care of myself more. By that, I mean eating more and better food, eating more often (you wouldn’t believe when I’d told you that I forget to eat while I work) and drinking more water, less coffee. Yes, more fitness too… I’ll make a fitness planner too soon, I promise.
Anyway, for me – the best way to stick to some schedule is to have it written and in front of me – all the time. So I came up with this simple meal planner, where I can plan my whole week ahead.
